Morro de São Paulo:

Morro de São Paulo is located on Tinharé Island, in the municipality of Cairu, state of Bahia, in a region known as Costa do Dendê, and has its historical roots in colonial Brazil. Currently, its beaches are frequented by tourists from all over Brazil and other countries, which are Primeira, Segunda, Terceira, Quarta, Quinta (or do Encanto), Gamboa, do Pontal and Garapuá.

It was the setting for a soap opera inspired by Jorge Amado’s book “Tieta do Agreste”.
